We help schools in the Yorkshire and Humberside region to fulfil their responsibility to provide high-quality, external, impartial careers information, advice and guidance (IAG).

In September 2012, the Connexions Service which  provided a free schools careers service,  ceased to exist in it’s current form. Under the  Education Act 2011 , schools now have a statutory duty to provide independent and impartial IAG.

Careers Inc is a new company set up to deliver high-quality, flexible IAG solutions to schools in  Yorkshire and surrounding areas . Our professional, qualified and experienced careers advisers will work with students, teachers and employers to ensure that young people get the careers information and guidance (and the encouragement) they need, and to create bridges between schools, higher education and the world of employment.

Our mission is to be a leading provider of guidance services for schools, academies and post-16 providers , delivering value for money services at the highest quality. Our growth and feedback in the first 12 months of trading suggests we are on the right track!
